PANACeA es una iniciativa regional para dinamizar los esfuerzos de gestión de áreas protegidas hacia una mejor protección de la biodiversidad en el Mediterráneo. LifeBlue Natura fue invitado al evento con una charla oral.
PANACeA es una iniciativa pan-mediterránea cuyo objetivo es agilizar los esfuerzos de gestión en áreas protegidas para una mejor conservación y protección de la naturaleza en el mar Mediterráneo. El Proyecto ha llevado a la articulación de una Comunidad Interreg Med de la UE centrada en la Protección de la Biodiversidad (la “Comunidad de Protección de Biodiversidad MED”), que reúne una red completa de expertos de instituciones públicas y privadas que trabajan activamente para proteger la biodiversidad y los ecosistemas naturales en el Mediterráneo Protegido Areas Llenar la brecha actual entre Ciencia, Gestión y Política es uno de los objetivos prioritarios de esta Comunidad de Protección de la Biodiversidad de la UE.

“Bridging the Science-Practice-Policy Gaps in Mediterrenean Biodiversity Protection”.
PANACeA is a pan-Mediterranean initiative aiming at streamlining management efforts in Protected Areas for enhanced Nature Conservation & Protection in the Mediterranean Sea. The Project has led to the articulation of an EU Interreg Med Community focusing on Biodiversity Protection (the “MED Biodiversity Protection Community”), bringing together a comprehensive network of experts from public & private institutions actively working to protect biodiversity and natural ecosystems in Mediterranean Protected Areas. Filling the current gap between Science, Management and Policy is one of the priority targets of this EU MED Biodiversity Protection Community.
